Inna Ko­gan (B.A., LL.B.) is a licensed lawyer, educated in Canada. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, a Public Notary and a commissioner of affidavits.

Inna Kogan studied in Canada on a scholarship awarded for her academic achievements. She has more than­ six published works on vari­ous immigration issues in the official immigration magazine Immigration Law Reporter. She acted as assistant editor for ImmQuest, a popular newsletter addressing both practical and academic immigration issues. She was asked to assist in teaching a course on Immigration Law at Seneca College. Final­ly, she regularly appears on television and in published press as an expert on immigration questions.

The most exciting and rewarding part of practicing law for Inna Kogan is court work. Arguing for her clients’ r­ights before the Immigration and Refugee Board, Appeal Division and at the Federal Court gives the most insight into the inner workings of the immigration system.
