Borys Voloshenkov

Borys Voloshenkov has substantial experience in organising legal security for foreign nationals in Ukraine. He is also an expert in law enforcement, medicine, economic security and international relations. He has repeatedly acted as a specialist on matters of protecting foreign investments, with particularly close cooperation with Greek and Cypriot companies.

Achievements and experience

Among Mr. Voloshenkov's unique experience is personal involvement in the release of hostage sailors in Libya and Nigeria. His deep knowledge of international and maritime law was instrumental in the team that returned the ship Druzhba to the ownership of the National Maritime Academy (from Bulgarian jurisdiction). For a considerable period he served as adviser to the Governor of Odesa Region on European integration and regional development, and held the post of liaison officer for the EU EUBAM mission.
