Achievements
Member of the Ukrainian Law Society, member of the Ukrainian branch of the International Law Association, Candidate of Legal Sciences (PhD). Since 1997 — research fellow at the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Author of more than forty articles in specialised academic and practical publications, as well as two monographs (co-authored).
Areas of practice
Commercial law, real estate.
He practises in areas related to building a client's contractual framework, developing structures and drafting all types of contracts. For more than ten years he has provided legal support for contractual relations of leading companies in the grain and petroleum products markets. He participates in drafting legislation and preparing legal expert opinions, and has substantial teaching experience.
