Victoria is a recognized expert in the field of enforcement proceedings, mediation and dispute resolution, international law and arbitration.
She has acquired a unique experience, both in duration and in the achievements, working at the State Executive Service’ bodies. Her career saw the path from a bailiff of Dnieper District People's Court of Kiev to the Director of the Department Executive Service at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. Moreover, she served as an Advisor to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine.

Victoria has been active as a neutral in dispute resolution, assuming the roles of mediator, neutral evaluator and arbitrator. She was also named "Ukrainian Lawyer - 2007" in the category "Lawyer as a judicial officer". She has represented defendants in jury trials involving claims of personal injury and property damage, in business, tort, and reinsurance and insurance litigation. She has handled a wide variety of business and commercial matters including real estate, defamation, intellectual property, construction litigation, unfair competition, creditors rights, bankruptcy, business fraud, employment discrimination, securities litigation and partnership dissolution.
Victoria blends this litigation experience with mediation training and teaching activities, being an Associate Professor of the Law Department at Kyiv National Linguistic University. She actively participates in the activities of various public organizations.
Victoria holds MA of Kyiv National Economic University (Faculty of Law), a Graduate Degree of Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (Faculty of Public Administration), PhD, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, a member of the Ukrainian branch of the International Law Association, a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Income and Fees of Ukraine, a member of the Public Council under the State Executive Service of Ukraine.
