We support inspections by the AMCU, tax and customs authorities and challenge their results administratively and in court.

In arbitration before GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, LCIA, ICC, the ICAC at the UCCI and the ICAC at the CCI we provide end-to-end services — from initiating proceedings to enforcing awards in various jurisdictions. In commodities arbitration (GAFTA, FOSFA) we have a strong record acting for both producers/sellers and buyers.
