With the support of ACTIO Law Firm publishers "Legal World" and "Justinian" have carried out the preparation and publication of books on legal subjects. The format of the books is very diverse - from dictionaries and teaching (practical) recommendations to the scientific and practical comments. The books are destined to provide help in the daily work of a lawyer.

Juridical Journal

Law firm ACTIO and the Ukrainian Branch of the International Law Association promotes the exchange of views between the leading representatives of legal science in Ukraine and the EU through the International Scientific edition "Juridical Journal". The peculiarity of our edition is its richness of information given on the key news and the trends of law development. The activity of "Juridical Journal" is aimed primarily at consolidating of cooperation between law scientists and law practitioners in Ukraine and in other countries in order to improve the legal culture of population. Today, the magazine represents a free platform for exchange of views on the theory and practice of law in Ukraine, the European Union, USA, Canada, South Africa, China and in many other countries. It makes it possible to read the legal documents and expertise materials as well as learn and deepen new professional skills.

In December 2013 in Kyiv on the occasion of the professional holiday - the Day of Advocacy of Ukraine – the Ukrainian branch of the International Law Association (ILA) and "ACTIO" together with other partners implemented a unique publishing and research project «CORPUS ADVOCATURAE UCRAINAE» («Library of Advocacy of Ukraine" ). The aim of the project is to present a comprehensive study of Ukrainian Advocacy’s activities during its long history, analysis of its current state and the setting of the strategy for further development.

In the recommendations the nuances of transactions of admission of guilt are being disclosed, the application of interim measures and the options of using undercover investigative actions as evidence basis are being analyzed, the temporary seizure of property during a search process is being shown etc.

The manual highlights the systemic risk, risky commitments and other anomalies of the Civil Law. The concepts of legal anomalies, classification and principles of legal anomalies are studied as well as the evolution issues and comparative characteristics of risky obligations under the laws of Ukraine and other foreign countries, the problem of risk in Civil Law (its concept, nature and species) is being highlighted, the agreement on the provision of health services and the dealership contract as the obligations of professional risk are being studied,  the risk of rent obligations (rent, maintenance of life, the hereditary contract) is being analyzed. The schemes of confrontation, playing ahead of the curve, which are listed in the book, in many cases will give the opportunity to create a reliable barrier in the way of a raider attack, and give a lot of troubles to its organizers. The book is written for practicing lawyers, economists, accountants, managers, security staff, managers and owners of enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as for undergraduate and graduate students, and for everyone who wants to protect their own business and overcome the problems associated with the occurrence of negative tendencies of modern raiding. In the first part of the book the terms and concepts that characterize the raider grabs and attacks are listed, their legal assessment and legal characteristics are given. In the second part, in summary form, the methods of protection from hostile takeovers and acquisitions are described, the ways to build a reliable defense against raider attacks are shown.
