He leads his activities in the sectors associated with the formation of a contractual framework of Customer’s activities, development of schemes, drafting of all types of contracts. For more than ten years he has been providing legal support of contractual relations for well-known companies operating on the market of grain and petroleum products.
He participates in legislative work and in the preparation of the scientific and legal expertise. He has an extensive teaching experience.
Achievements: a member of the Ukrainian Law Society, a member of Ukrainian Branch of International Law Association, PhD. Since 1997 - Researcher at the Institute of State and Law named after V.I. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He is the author of more than forty articles in specialized scientific and practical editions, as well as the co-author of two monographs.
Education: higher legal education (Ukrainian State Pedagogical University of Dragomanov, Faculty of History, Center for Master training of Kyiv National Economic University, Faculty of Law).
