Elena Bakmaz is specialized in cross-border investments, structuring various kinds of corporate and commercial transactions, energy, real estate, merger & acquisitions, banking and finance transactions, project finance, bank regulatory matters, ship sale and purchase and is providing legal assistance on various types of corporate, commercial and foreigners’ law matters.
She is also ensuring coordination between Istanbul and Kyiv offices and apart from the aforementioned legal areas, dealing with various kinds of civil, commercial, arbitration, debt recovery proceedings, including recognition and execution proceedings of the foreign arbitral awards and court judgments, for Russian speaking clients of various business sectors in Turkey and for the Turkish speaking clients in Ukraine and the CIS countries.
