Ukrainian branch of the ILA


ACTIO LAW FIRM is the official representative of the International Law Association (for short - ILA, the location of the main office - London, UK, the year of foundation - 1873). In November 2009, by the decision of the Executive Board of the International Law Association for the first time the Ukrainian branch of ILA (Mission) was created on the basis of the ALF.

At first Roman Maydanik, a renowned expert in the field of civil science, was elected the President of the International Law Association in Ukraine. Over time, Vladimir Denisov, Professor, Doctor of Law, was elected the co-chairman of the Ukrainian branch.



In 2015 Oleksandr Kupchishin, an ambassador, was elected as the new President of the International Law Association in Ukraine.

The membership of ALF in ILA provides the possibility to protect the interests of Clients in many countries around the world.
For reference: ILA is a reputable international non-governmental organization that brings together more than 40 regional offices in the leading countries of the world. ILA members are well-known scientists, practicing lawyers, judges, government officials, experts on public international law and private international law. The aim of ILA is to study and develop international law, promote international understanding and respect for international law. With the participation of ILA magazines and other media sources are being published in the countries, whose branches are represented in ILA. ILA also hosts international conferences. The International Law Association has consultative status with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the International Maritime Organization, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and several other organizations.
