Vladyslav Chervynskyy serves as Partner of ACTIO and head of its Disputes Resolution Practice. He is an advocate. Vladyslav has extensive experience defending companies and individuals against allegations relating to every significant area of White-Collar Defense & Investigations. These include fraud, antitrust and securities improprieties, international trade and breaches of the government contracts, and internal and regulatory investigations.

He also played a key role, advising our Firm’s clients on all the business issues of offshore companies. With over 20 years of experience, Vladyslav helps clients overcome legislative and regulatory challenges and provides practical, business-focused solutions that enhance their competitive position.

He has profound experience in commercial and corporate law and related litigation, especially in the areas of privatization, oil & gas, energy, regulatory enforcement and securities.

His career background includes work at the state bodies, investment companies, major Ukrainian law firms.

Vladyslav has gained deep legal expertise, understanding of public affairs and business-oriented approach to a variety of litigation matters due to his eight-year experience of management of the large holding, where he ran several companies in the fields of construction, gravel mining, real estate management, and sanatorium-resort complex with over 1,000 employees. In particular, Vladyslav was in charge of the development project involving private and public financing and construction of the office and residential center in Kyiv, implementation of which has been estimated at USD 1 billion by DTZ.

Vladyslav holds a Master in Law (with honors) and a Master in mathematics from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.

He is fluent in English and speaks native Russian and Ukrainian.
